Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hofheim am Taunus

Unfortunately not had a good experience. The food was paperboard and not good.

I think it's great how hygiene is important in this restaurant! It is constantly tidied up and cleaned, even in Corona times you feel in good hands here. As always, the food was delicious! Keep it up! Always happy to come back!

Absolutely unfriendly staff and also received the wrong order .. instead of two large fries there was a small one and the sauce was also forgotten sorry but then I prefer another fast food chain the next time!

Future wildly cool chicken drinks were always next to us was really cool

Not even worth a star !! When we arrived there were tablets with leftover food on almost every table. The floor is dirty and so are the tables. There were only four people there as staff. The food had also been warmed up once before. The chicken leg was pretty hard. On the whole, a disaster. Not recommended. I am disappointed with KFC.

Too expensive. Especially when you consider that many students come here too. A cheaper offer wouldn't have been bad.

Total disaster, food cold and dirty everywhere (tables not wiped, etc.).

The food is not on par with other KFC‘s. Dirty floors and tables. We had to wait a long time for the menu, even though very little was going on. Definitely won't dine here anymore.

Somehow dirty, uncomfortable. It stinks of old oil. But the staff were friendly.

This KFC has by far the most incompetent and unfriendly people I've met in a fast food restaurant. The Zinger burger was so dry, stale and old that I could hardly get it through with my teeth. The drinks we ordered were all wrong. We ordered 2x Pepsi Max, 1x Mirinda and 1x iced tea. We got 4x normal Pepsi. When I wanted to complain about everything, the lady said to me "... but that's on the till so they ordered it" After 5 minutes of unnecessary discussion, she angrily filled me with 4 new drinks. Since the Pepsi Max foamed when filling, the cups were only 2/3 full. When I asked you to fill the cups please, the lady rolled her eyes and swore in her mother tongue :-D Incredible! I left € 40 but I was treated like the last ... Customer friendliness definitely has to be trained again in this shop. That was the last time I was in this shop.

It was very tasty and not very busy so we got our food very quickly. The staff even gave us more chicken than we paid for 😅 Better too much than too little we could still eat everything 🙂

slow service and ordered foods missing

Saturday at lunchtime with only 4 people on duty, including 2 in the kitchen. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food. Impossible!

The fillet bites were very small and the crispies consisted only of breading and a millimeter of meat (I'm not exaggerating) The light on the ceiling of the restaurant itself is broken (it flickers). This problem has existed for a long time. I was the last time there !!!

So the burger is rock hard and inedible. Whatever the reason, although I only ordered it half an hour ago. My complete order did not arrive .. A few things were missing .. And although the shop was more or less empty, I waited over 20 minutes. Wouldn't eat here again :(

Basically, fast food restaurants are a matter of taste anyway. Here I was also surprised by the service. When I visited it was quite full and the lady behind the counter was more than required. Despite this stress, all customers were served very nicely, attentively and warmly. Even a short sprint to the door to help a mom with a stroller was a matter of course. Thumbs up for such a great way towards the customer.

A place frequented by far too many rabble, eating in peace here may only be possible outside in winter as soon as the scrap in front of it gets too cold. Ordering food is unfortunately too often too problematic, as the employees' knowledge of German leaves a lot to be desired and thus makes ordering almost impossible.

Id this really fast food according to their prices, no. But they got the fourth star due to the KFC App. There you can save money.

The food is as usual. However the employee made 2 mistakes in one order: give us wrong number of chicken wings and forgot to give us drinks included in the menu.
